The LEED-ND was used to write a report regarding residential redevelopment in the Meadowlands located in New Jersey. The report is written by Jennifer A. Senick, Executive Director, Rutgers Center for Green Buildings, and is a product of the Institute for Meadowlands Studies, Center for Urban Policy Research, Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, for the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission. This report is also useful in helping to bring awareness in efficient, healthy, and environmentally responsible homes to the market.
